We are delighted to offer our own alteration services!

The alterations are not included in the price of your dress.

Typically, alterations are performed to achieve the optimal fit for your dress. The duration of these alterations can vary depending on factors such as the style, design, and extent of alterations required. In some cases, it may take up to 4 weeks to complete the alterations process.

You are welcome to bring up to three guests or attend your appointment individually, as per your preference. At Ethereal Bridal, our primary objective is to provide you with an exceptional experience. We gladly invite and encourage you to take pictures during your visit.

For the most accurate representation of the dress, we recommend wearing nude seamless undergarments and a strapless bra.

An appointment at Ethereal Bridal typically lasts around one and a half hours on average.

To ensure a smooth process, we suggest starting shopping 9-12 months before your wedding date. However, if you require a faster turnaround, rush orders are also available.

We offer shipping services to a variety of countries and would be glad to assist you with your order. If your country is not listed as an available option for shipping, please do not hesitate to contact us at dreamdress@etherealbridal.ca

Please note that all our products are priced in Canadian Dollars and all payments are processed in Canadian Dollars.

To obtain information regarding exchange rates, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider for assistance, as they will be able to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding currency conversion.

A useful reference for the timeframe from the date of your order to the arrival at your doorstep is approximately 4-5 months. Please note that your dress/dresses are made to order according to the requested size, which may require up to 4 months for production. Upon receiving the dresses from the designer, we promptly notify you and make shipping arrangements.

Within Canada, PST and/or GST is applied to your purchase depending on your billing address. Outside of Canada, no taxes are applied to your purchase. Import duties or other taxes may be payable as required by your local and federal Tax Authorities, upon arrival and inspection by Customs officers in accordance with your local Tax Regulations.
