Return/Refund Policy for Ethereal Bridal Limited:

At Ethereal Bridal Limited, we pride ourselves on providing exquisite wedding, evening and kids’ dresses that are hand-made to order with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Please note that ALL sales of our dresses are FINAL. No Refunds.

Upon Receipt of every dress, we thoroughly inspect to ensure our client(s) receive the dress in perfect condition. However, in rare cases of damage, a wrong dress/size, or incorrect colour received, we are here to assist you. Simply notify us within 3 days of receiving the dress with detailed pictures and information to etherealbridal@hotmail.com. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange for the return of the item at our cost.

Upon receipt of a defective dress, we inspect to ensure that all criteria are met before confirming a replacement. Once you have a confirmation for a replacement, you will be notified of an estimated time of arrival. In these rare cases we place a rush order with our designer(s) and priority mail for the fastest possible delivery time.

To be eligible for a replacement or exchange, the dress must be in its original condition - with tags intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered in any way. Please ensure that any concerns regarding the dress are reported to us within the specified 3-day period for prompt resolution. After the 3-day period, dresses are accepted and any requests for a replacement may not be confirmed. Exceptions made in special circumstances.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for defective dresses; we will provide a replacement with the exact dress. Your satisfaction is our priority at Ethereal Bridal Limited, and we are committed to ensuring that you receive a flawless and memorable dress for your special occasion.
